Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within Dhaka and 5-7 business days elsewhere in Bangladesh. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for select areas.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above BDT 3,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of BDT 100-150 applies.

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Items must be in the same condition you received them. Some items like underwear, swimwear, and custom products are non-returnable.
